Cleaning house and the move goes on.

Well today I spent some time cleaning the current house we are at. It's getting easier to clean since alot of our things are in the new house. Curt still needs to get all the stuff out of the attic and the bits and pieces out of the garage. We have all our big furniture left to go too. We've been moving alot of that stuff you don't want to get rid of but don't know where to put it. Know what I mean? That stuff you put in the attic and it never comes down till you move again! LOL! Problem is I'm moving more stuff up to the attic! LOL! My closet looked like a bomb went off in there so I packed alot of it up and wala attic here I come! LOL!

I literally have no dresser now either. My clothes are minimal and we have our undies in a plastic bin in our bedroom! I sold my dresser last weekend at a garage sale, since we will be using the ones in the master bedroom at the new house. It was already full furnished, but we are not keeping all the furniture there, just the master bedroom and the dining room set. I have a picture of it here for you to see. I loved the set. I'll have to take a photo of the bedroom. Can't wait for this move!! Now I just go around the house looking for things I can pack up and move! I'm trying to keep the laundry up too since we don't have much to wear if I don't! LOL! I can't wait till it's over!

Hannah's school pictures finally came in today. Her teacher emailed me and I can't wait to see them! She had them taken in late October and it's taken sooo long to get them back. I will try and scan them for everyone to see later. Olivia's were adorable!

I haven't made it out to mow this week because it's so darned cold!! I know it's not below 0 here but I don't like cold anymore! It was 38 degrees this morning at 7:30am when I took Hannah to the bus stop. That's cold!!! It warmed to about 54. Talked to my sister and it was in the teens there! No thanks!

During the move I came across some old letters my mom had wrote to me when I younger, a teenager to be exact. I reread those letters and you know some of those things made sense to me now.....imagine that! LOL! She used to write the longest letters to me! I really enjoyed getting them. It was like she was there with me at that moment. I missed her a lot! It got me thinking that this blog would be a good thing for my kids to see what was going on in our lives and what I thinking at the time. It might be fun for them to read in 20 yrs! LOL! Who knows what technology we'll have then. I, for one, like that I can sit here and my desk and type away, much easier than sitting and writing! Faster and easier, what more can you ask for??

Tell next time!
